About the hotel

Silver Award Winner, Fairways is less than 800 metres from the water's edge, providing free car parking for our guests. Near to all amenities in Torquay, Fairways really allows you to explore Torquay to the full.

We have recently received the '4 Diamond Silver Award' by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests. We are ideally situated on the main route to the Seafront and within easy access of all facilities such as Theatre, Shopping Centre and the quaint, thatched village of Cockington.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Guests travelling by public transport may leave their luggage at reception for collection later in the day.

Hotel Map

From m5 Exeter to a38, follow signs for Torquay a380. At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Torqauy a380. Continue straight across next roundabout a3022 (do not turn right). Follow a3022 until you have Torre station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right hand lane. Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.
